Advocacy in Mind - IMCA Rochdale
Statutory Independent Mental Capacity Advocacy (IMCA).
To qualify for an IMCA people must be deemed not to have capacity to make certain decisions for themselves under the Mental Capacity Act and have no appropriate family or friends to support them. If you think you may qualify for support from an IMCA please follow the link to our leaflet and referral documentation.
