We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated person to develop a distinct community mental health pathway for children and young people. The aim of the role will be to assess the needs of children and young people in Heywood, Middleton and Rochdale and match them with local community provision that will meet their emotional health needs.
You will work with a range of community providers to review progress and support their effectiveness.

Rochdale and District Mind have two successful Café and Internet projects providing training and supported work for users of mental health services in Rochdale who wish to move towards mainstream employment and education. Situated at the Nye Bevan Centre in Rochdale and adjacent to the new sports and Leisure Centre in Middleton the Café’s they are equipped with modern facilities and offer a range of healthy eating options to local residents.
We now need to recruit an experienced and dynamic Deputy Café Supervisor to help support the Café Supervisors and service users and volunteers on the projects. This will be a challenging but rewarding role working on the projects which has and will continue to make a real difference to the lives of Mental Health Service Users in the Borough.
