We exist to ensure that people do not face mental health issues alone and can lead their lives free from stigma and discrimination.

Over 90% of the people who contact us do so to ask for help with depression, anxiety and stress. Over 120 clients contact us for help every month. Since January 2017 76% of our clients have reported being less socially isolated.
