Rochdale and District Mind is a thriving third sector organisation delivering a range of therapeutic services to individuals who experience mental distress. Our aims and objectives are centred on providing recovery focussed services for people who experience mental distress, and the organisation is led by the people with lived experience.

Purpose
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to coordinate the provision of our Counselling and therapeutic activities. Services are currently offered to residents of Rochdale Borough who experience mental health issues. This services also can be used by the organisation as part of meeting its health and safety responsibility in the identification and alleviation of psychological ill health in the workplace, thus reducing sickness absence and helping to create a more efficient workplace.

Salary: £25,635 (pro rata) based on 36 hours per week

Hours of work -18hrs (usually worked Monday Tuesday and Wednesday morning).
