Aimed at those with previous experience with resistance training and those new to it. We will support and be there for you to get back to your training routine or start one. We will provide a Health Assessment, a Personal Action Plan, and guidance to continue your healthy lifestyle journey.
With the support of our Sports Coordinator, we’ll help you overcome barriers and focus on what you can do. We’ll work together to build your self-belief, boost your self-esteem, and improve body confidence in a safe, supportive environment.
