Moving Forward (overcoming low mood)

FREE course

Over six sessions this CBT-based course helps you to gain an insight into how depression and low mood impacts your wellbeing by reducing levels of energy and motivation and creating a vicious cycle that can become difficult to break free from.

In this guided self-help programme you’ll learn to develop evidence-based techniques: to help identify fluctuating mood patterns and what may be causing these; learn to set goals to bring about improvement and lifestyle change; learn how you can increase energy levels and regain motivation. You’ll be introduced to strategies and tools for breaking current patterns of unhelpful behaviours and learn skills to enhance mood and feelings of wellbeing.

 

Date: Every Thursday 10am-12pm

Duration: This is a 12-hour course, spread over 6 weekly 2 hour sessions

Group size: capacity for up to 15 participants
