Event Details

Pilates is designed to improve your postural strength, as well as increase flexibility & mobility throughout your whole body. By practicing this exercise regularly, you can help drastically improve your posture, overall flexibility and mobility too. Pilates is also good for reducing stress and tension.

With the support of our Sports Coordinator, we’ll help you overcome barriers and focus on what you can do. We’ll work together to build your self-belief, boost your self-esteem, and improve body confidence in a safe, supportive environment.
