Event Details

Football at a slower pace!  Designed for those who are looking to get back into football and stay active, or to introduce the sport to people who perhaps have never considered playing before. Walking football is open to both men and women and all ages and abilities are welcome.

Sessions, delivered by friendly qualified coaches, cover skills and games in a social, friendly environment. Games are played at walking pace, with players not allowed to run and it’s a non-contact sport. Although tackling is allowed, this must be done with no contact.

With the support of our Sports Coordinator, we’ll help you overcome barriers and focus on what you can do. We’ll work together to build your self-belief, boost your self-esteem, and improve body confidence in a safe, supportive environment.

£2.10 per session.
