Event Details

The women’s support group provides a safe space where women can share their experiences of mental wellbeing. The aim of the group is to empower and support women to make positive changes to improve their emotional and physical health.

Various topics are discussed such as managing stress/ mental health issues, exercise, hobbies, and self-esteem. There will be an opportunity for participants to create their own wellbeing toolkit which can be used as a self-help resource. The support is provided by discussions, information sessions, peer support, and activities.

This is a 12 week support group over 1 hour a week, each Wednesday between 1:30pm and 2:30pm and is currently held over Zoom. The group size is up to 12 participants. This group is FREE to attend.
