Every year, one in four of us will experience a mental health problem. We believe no one should have to face a mental health problem alone.
When you’re experiencing a mental health problem, supportive and reliable information can change your life. That’s what we do. We empower people to understand their condition and the choices available to them.
We won’t give up until everyone experiencing a mental health problem gets support and respect.
How we can support you
The majority of our wellbeing support is delivered through groups and courses. Throughout the pandemic, we have responded to the needs of our communities and adapted our services to support them the best we can. We have been delivering our support over the telephone and zoom throughout the pandemic and as we see our centre open back up, some of our sessions are moving back into the Wellbeing Centre. We are looking forward to welcoming you back through our doors.
If you see a group or course that you are interested in attending please get in touch, the contact details for each group are detailed below. If you would like more information and additional support before starting a group please complete our referral form and one of our Wellbeing Coordinators will be in touch to invite you to attend a one to one Welcome session.
