Looking to get out of the house for a few hours, have a brew and meet new people?
Our social spaces are the perfect opportunity to connect with others, talk about the things that interest you and have fun in a relaxed and supportive environment.
Where & When?
Rochdale (Drop-in)
The Mind Wellbeing Centre, 3-11 Drake Street, Rochdale, OL16 1RE
Thursdays 10-11:30am
Middleton (12 week duration)
Middleton Wellbeing Centre & Café, 14a-16 Wood Street, Middleton, M24 5TF
Mondays 1-3pm
Why?
Staying social is an important part of taking care of your mental health. Our Social Spaces are a brilliant way of improving your wellbeing and staying connected.
At our sessions you can…
- Talk about your interests, likes and dislikes
- Reduce loneliness by getting out of the house and meeting new people
- Find common interests with other local people
- Take part in the weekly quiz, produced and performed by our very own Peer Support Volunteer, with new questions every week!
- Enjoy free refreshments

Diverse Women’s Social Café

Looking for a social group where you can meet like-minded women and share your experiences?
Our Diverse Women’s Social Café provides support to those wanting to make new friends and to speak about their mental health and emotional wellbeing in languages they feel most comfortable speaking.
