Our BACP Accredited Psychological service provides one to one, and group sessions to people aged 18 and over living in the Heywood, Middleton and Rochdale. We are now able to offer telephone counselling to individuals who have difficulty accessing our face to face service.
People access our counselling service to explore a wide range of mild to moderate mental health issues. These may include anxiety, stress, depression, low confidence, low self-esteem, as well as emotional, social and relationship issues. We can also provide help with the development of cognitive and life management skills.

Once you access counselling, it will be provided free of charge by either members of paid staff or volunteers, however donations are always welcome.
Our service is offered Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 9am until 5pm, and Friday from 9am until 4pm on Tuesday’s we offer evening sessions and open from 9am until 8pm.
