Living Life to the Full Course

Teaches a range of life skills that are based on a tried and trusted CBT-based approach. You’ll learn how to: understand why you feel as you do; choose activities that improve wellbeing; identify behaviours that make you feel worse; identify and combat negative thinking styles; boost self-esteem and confidence. A 12 hour course, spread over 6 weekly 2 hour session.

Anxiety Management Course

The course uses CBT based techniques to help you to understand how anxiety affects how you think, how you feel and subsequently what you do. Giving you the tools to have an increased understanding of thoughts, emotions, feelings and behaviour, reduced levels of anxiety and stress and increased levels of wellbeing.

This is a 12 hour course, spread over 6 weekly 2 hour sessions.
