We want to hear from our service users
Rochdale and District Mind believes that the knowledge, insight, and lived experience that service users bring are vital to the work we do. Through coproduction, we work alongside people who use our services to ensure their perspectives meaningfully inform how our support is designed, delivered, and improved.
We value the unique contribution of service users and are committed to meaningful involvement, ensuring they have a genuine voice in decision-making and the future development of the organisation. This approach helps us to deliver services that are relevant, responsive, and grounded in real lived experience.
We hold open meetings for people who use our service to share their views, ask questions, and hear about upcoming changes at Rochdale and District Mind.
These are held on the first Wednesday of each month from 11.30 -12.30. Follow us on Facebook and Instagram for details on the next upcoming event.
The monthly listening sessions offer an opportunity to give feedback, suggest ideas for improvements and ask questions about our services.
If you can’t make the meeting or would prefer to submit your question in advance, you can email feedback@rochdalemind.org.uk or drop off a written question at reception.
