We know asking for mental health support isn’t easy.
Our friendly team is here to guide you to the right services and support you every step of the way.
How to access our services
Step 1- Referral
You can self-refer to our services, or be referred by a professional.
To self-refer you can complete our online referral form
OR collect a self referral form from The Mind Wellbeing Centre, 3-11 Drake Street, Rochdale OL16 1RE
OR call our infoline on 01706 752 338 where a member of our team will take your details and post a referral form out to you.
Age 18+ only.
Step 2 – Welcome
We will then contact you to attend a one-to-one welcome session. This is a relaxed, informal session to explain who we are, what we do, and which of our groups or activities could suit you.
Step 3 – Your journey begins
Taking the first step and asking for help is a big achievement — and something you should be truly proud of. You’re not alone anymore. By reaching out, you’ve opened the door to support, understanding, and real change.
Through our services, you’ll have access to compassionate professionals and practical tools designed to help you feel better, at your pace. Whether you’re looking for someone to talk to, resources to guide you, or a safe space to heal — this is where your journey begins.
