Rochdale and District Mind recognises that there will be occasions when a service user, volunteer, member of staff or other interested party may wish to make a complaint about an individual or service within the organisation.

We are committed to addressing complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring that every concern is handled with care and professionalism. Our goal is to provide swift resolutions while maintaining open and transparent communication throughout the process.
