The Wellbeing workers in the Listening Lounge are trained professionals who are there to help you when you are struggling with your mental health. They are there to listen, be supportive and help you on a path to recovery. This is a safe space where we can help you access services, talk about your thoughts, worries and feelings. We offer non judgemental support for those in crisis and we will not stop until those experiencing mental health issues can lead their lives free from stigma and discrimination.
