Learn how to improve how you feel when you are feeling low or stressed.

How can this course help me to improve my wellbeing?
Living Life To The Full™ is designed to help individuals navigate everyday challenges. In the course participants will learn practical techniques to build confidence, manage worries and improve their overall wellbeing.
Who is this course for?
The course is for people who are experiencing mild to moderate mental health challenges including:
- Persistent worrying
- Negative thoughts
- Low self-esteem or lack of motivation
- Social isolation
- Stress
- Mild to moderate depression
Participants should have a basic level of literacy and a willingness to complete written exercises between sessions.
Who runs this group?
Our wellbeing group facilitators lead the Living Life to the Full course, creating a supportive and welcoming environment for everyone who attends.
They guide participants through each session, encouraging learning, discussion and personal growth. While supporting the group as a whole, they also recognise that every individual has their own experiences, strengths and goals, ensuring everyone feels supported throughout the course.
