Who runs this group?
Our wellbeing group facilitators lead the Walk and Talk sessions.
They help attendees to feel supported, giving them space to talk about their wellbeing along the walk if they would like to.
I'm not very fit, can I still attend?
While we choose walking routes that are as accessible as possible, we understand that this group may not be suitable for everyone.
Each walk lasts approximately one hour and is taken at a gentle pace. The focus is on relaxation, mindfulness and conversation, rather than strenuous exercise.
Before you join this group a member of our team will ask you a couple of questions to assess whether Walk and Talk is suitable for you.
If you have any questions about this group please call our infoline on 01706 752 338.
