How can Open Minds help my mental health?

Open Minds aims to:

  • Increase awareness and understanding of mental health and wellbeing.
  • Learn practical strategies to support your wellbeing in everyday life.
  • Build confidence and strengthen self-esteem.
  • Develop meaningful social connections in a welcoming and supportive environment.
  • Feel more connected to others through shared experiences.
  • Grow in confidence when taking part in mindfulness activities.
Who leads this group?

Our wellbeing group facilitators lead the Open Minds course.

They are there to guide you through the weeks activities while encouraging open conversation and supportive listening.
