Who we’re looking for:

We want our Board of Trustees to reflect the diverse, vibrant community we support in Rochdale. We warmly welcome applications from everyone, and we are particularly keen to hear from people from culturally diverse communities, disabled people, and those with diverse sexual orientations and gender identities.

As a mental health charity, we always welcome applications from people with lived experience of mental health problems. Your unique perspective is incredibly valuable to us. If you need any reasonable adjustments to participate in our recruitment process or meetings, we will happily support you.

People & HR: Helping us look after and develop our incredible staff and volunteer teams.

Finance & Commercial: Ensuring we manage our funding well so we can keep our support going.

Legal & Governance: Guiding us through regulation, charity law, and organisational change.

Digital, Data & Cyber Security: Keeping our systems modern, efficient, and secure.

Fundraising & Marketing: Helping us share our story, raise our profile, and build key partnerships.
