We are a local charity that has been providing mental health support in the Borough of Rochdale for over 35 years.

Being compassionate and caring is at the heart of what we do.

Working closely with the community we’re in, we’re passionate about the fight for better mental health for all.

Through a wide range of services we help people on their journey towards feeling better and living happy, fulfilled lives.

Every year, 1 in 4 of us will experience a mental health problem.

We’re your local Mind!

We’re an independent charity supporting our local community. We raise our own funds and make our own decisions about how we use them.

This means we can deliver the support that best suits our community in the Borough of Rochdale.

We’re not alone. We’re proud to be part of a network of around 100 local Minds across England, Wales and the Channel Islands. We all work together under the Mind umbrella.
