Mental Health Awareness Week – Day 5
The theme for Mental Health Awareness Week is Kindness. Kindness and our mental health are deeply connected and kindness can be an antidote to isolation and create a sense of belonging. Our partnership agency Recovery Republic (where Rochdale and Disitrict Mind offer one to one appointments and wellbeing sessions for residents of Heywood) have kindly shared their relaxation sessions from Julie Kelly.
